One thing I love while traveling, is that you only bring a handful of items which makes getting dressed in the morning so easy. I love getting creative and using the same items for different looks. It would probably easiest to just bring jeans and sweaters but that would bore me haha. If you follow along on Instagram or here on the blog, you will have seen that I spent some time in Manchester and London this month. Cue the warm clothes!

I have already worn these pink velvet boots in THIS outfit, where I give you tips on what to do at Covent Garden. I love packing statement shoes for trips because they give any (plain) travel outfit an interesting touch. The rest of the look is quite simple. I tend to pack my staples when I am away from home, so I can mix and match them easily. Black skinny jeans, a tight shirt, a (glen check) blazer and a cute black backpack are just three things that are usually in my suitcase.

Manchester is such a cool city – the industrial feel mixed with lots of cool bars, shops and cafés make it perfect for a quick getaway. My Manchester travel guide will be up on the blog soon! Until then, head on over to my friend Laura’s blog, where she has lots of Manchester tips for you! She also took theses photos for me, so thank you Laura!

What are your favourite items to back when you travel? I’d love to know!

Welche Dinge findet man denn immer in eurem Koffer?
